Directions
Our office is located on the 18th floor of 120 Broadway (The Equitable Building)
bordering Pine and Cedar Streets (yes, believe it or not, Manhattan has a Pine
and a Cedar Street) running South to North and Broadway and Nassau Street
running West to East. This is Downtown Manhattan, 1 1/2 blocks North of Wall
Street. We strongly recommend taking Mass Transit to our office as driving to
lower Manhattan poses its own set of challenges: traffic in lower Manhattan is
typically congested and finding parking is near impossible with the exception of
private lots, which are often very expensive and full to capacity.
Mass Transit:
Take the 4 or 5 to Wall St.
Exit near intersection of Broadway and Wall St.
Go North towards Pine St.
or
Take the 2 or 3 train to Wall Street and walk 1 block West to 120 Broadway or
take the R or W or the 1 train to Rector Street. Exit near intersection of Rector
St. and Trinity Plaza
Go East on Rector St. towards Broadway
Turn Left onto Broadway
Also, the E train stops at the World Trade Center station (the last stop) which
is only several blocks North of here and just about every other train line stops at
Fulton street, which is also just a quick jaunt away from our law suite. Stay in
the first car of the train and then exit at WTC and walk up the nearest stairway.
You'll be on the corner of Church and Vesey Streets. Walk South 3 blocks to
Cedar Street and make a left and walk to Broadway. 120 Broadway will be on
that corner.
