Catherine Isobe, a North Carolina native, inherits her commitment to social
justice from her father, the late Dr. Stephen C. Pugh. Catherine received her law
degree from Fordham University in 1998 and has been of counsel to Tuckner,
Sipser since 2002. In addition to her Women's Rights in the Workplace
Advocacy on behalf of Tuckner, Sipser clients, Catherine's substantial pro bono
projects have included providing criminal defense representation to political
protesters, representing low income tenants in New York City housing court and
serving as a member of the New York State Commission on Quality of Care and
Advocacy for Persons with Disabilitites.
