Q: If Tuckner, Sipser does not take my case, does that mean that I
don't have one?
A: Tuckner, Sipser simply cannot represent every person who contacts us.
There may be several reasons why we cannot represent you—for example, your
problem may be outside our area of concentration. If Tuckner, Sipser decides,
either before or after you meet with an attorney at our firm for a consultation,
not to represent you, it does not necessarily mean that you do not have a "case."
If we cannot help you, we will encourage you to contact other firms or referral
organizations immediately, since there may be deadlines that affect your rights.
We are a small, boutique litigation firm specializing in Women's Rights in the
Workplace issues. Some matters may simply not comport with our unique
mission statement to empower women in the work force.
