A: When you first call the firm, a paralegal will conduct an initial telephone
interview to gather confidential information about your employment matter.
Our office manager will then contact you to obtain further information and
possibly schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys. There is no charge
for these calls. Depending upon many factors, such as your current financial
situation, your current employment status, and the particulars of your
employment challenge, we will determine whether a consultation fee will be
charged. We will disclose this fee to you before scheduling a consultation with
one of our attorneys.
