Q: What should I bring to the initial consultation?

A: The following documents may be helpful:

* Any severance agreements or contracts to be reviewed

* Any agreements between you and your employer that you have signed,

including non-compete agreements

* Any documents referred to in those agreements

* Any notes that you have made

* Organizational charts and/or lists of people relevant to your situation (with

titles)

* Performance reviews (if your performance has been raised as an issue)

* A brief chronology of events

* Summary plan descriptions of any benefit plans in which you are vested

* Stock and stock option plans and deferred compensation plans

* Your employee manual

* Anything else you believe might be relevant to your situation
